Create a Listing: As a Rental Partner, you're responsible for creating detailed listings for your items. Include clear descriptions, condition details, rental rates, security deposit amount, and any special instructions for renters.

Item Maintenance: Ensure your items are clean and in good working condition before each rental. Typically, dry cleaning or laundering is recommended. Do not include cleaning instructions in your listing.

Security Deposits: Don't release your item until PurvX confirms the renter has paid the security deposit.

Rental Earnings: You'll receive the rental booking fee minus PurvX's commission fee.

Cancellation and Late Fees: If a renter cancels within 24 hours of pick-up, you'll split the $20 cancellation fee with PurvX. Any late return fees from renters will also be split equally.

Dispute Resolution: PurvX will mediate any disagreements with renters regarding item condition, late fees, or other rental issues. Both parties agree to be bound by the dispute resolution process outlined in the Terms of Service (TOS).

Agreeing to the Terms: By proceeding to rent as a renter or rent out as a rental partner, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Rental Agreement and the TOS.

Browse and Find Your Item: Search PurvX for the clothing or ethnic item you need. Use filters to narrow down your search by size, category, and more.

Check the Listing Details: Once you've found an item, carefully review the listing details. This includes the rental price, security deposit amount, and any special requirements from the owner.

Book and Pay: If you're happy with everything, proceed to booking. You can conveniently book and securely pay for rentals directly through PurvX.

Security Deposit: After booking, you'll receive a link to pay the security deposit set by the owner. Remember, your order isn't confirmed until the security deposit is paid.

Cancellation Policy: Be mindful of cancellations! You can cancel your order, but a $20 fee applies if you cancel within 24 hours of your pick-up date. To cancel, contact PurvX Support via email.

Pick Up and Inspection: When picking up your rental item, thoroughly inspect it for any damage. If you find damage, you can refuse the rental and notify PurvX immediately (within 24 hours) for a full refund. Otherwise, report any pre-existing damage within 24 hours to avoid unwanted claims upon return. Important: Don't attempt to clean the item yourself.

Rental Period: The rental period includes both pick-up and return days. Factor this in when booking to avoid late fees.

Enjoy Your Rental! Now you can wear or use your rented item for the designated period.

Returning Your Rental: Return the item on the agreed-upon date in the same condition you received it (except for normal wear and tear).

Security Deposit Return: The security deposit will be refunded upon timely return of the item in good condition.

Dispute Resolution: If you have any disagreements with the owner regarding the item's condition or other rental issues, PurvX will try to mediate a resolution.
